Intellectual property

The photographs, texts, price lists, fishery rules and logos on this site are the property of the fishery's operator or of their respective authors.

Reproducing, displaying or distributing them, in whole or in part and on any medium, is forbidden without prior written permission.

Personal data

The contact form is the only place where this site collects personal data: your name, your e-mail address, your phone number if you give one, the subject you pick and the text of your message.

Those details are used only to answer your enquiry. They are never sold, passed to third parties or used for advertising.

Messages sent from the form are stored by Wix, which hosts the form on the operator's behalf and notifies him by e-mail. Wix acts as a data processor.

You may ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected or erased, and for its processing to be restricted or objected to, by writing to the e-mail address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

This site puts nothing on your device until you have accepted. No analytics or advertising cookie is set before you agree, and the typefaces are served from this site rather than from a third-party server.

A banner asks for your choice on your first visit. If you accept, we switch on an analytics tool that tells us which pages are read, and the virtual tours appear: they are loaded from looknbook.digitalangling.com and use the same kind of tool. If you decline, none of that is loaded and the whole site still works; the virtual tours are replaced by a panel that lets you show them with one click.

Your choice is kept in your browser's local storage, on your device only. You can change it at any time: the “Cookies” link at the foot of the page brings the banner back.

Two other outside services are called whatever you choose, because they are needed to display the page and set no tracker: the photographs are served by Wix's content delivery network and the satellite map comes from the IGN Géoplateforme.
